DaddyBite – Official Non-Return & No-Refund Policy (For Food Products)

 

At DaddyBite, we prioritize customer safety, hygiene, and the integrity of our edible products.
Since WWOLF is a consumable food item, it falls under the Non-Returnable Goods category as per FSSAI & standard eCommerce hygiene guidelines.

Therefore, ALL PURCHASES ARE STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.


🟣 1. Non-Returnable Product Category

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, the following conditions apply:

  • All edible products (including WWOLF, combo packs, gift packs, and limited editions) are NON-RETURNABLE.

  • Once delivered, the product cannot be returned or exchanged, regardless of whether the package is opened or unopened.

This prevents:

  • misuse or fraud

  • tampering

  • re-selling of opened food products

  • health risks to other customers


🟣 2. No Refund Policy

We do NOT offer refunds for:

  • change of mind

  • taste preferences

  • unwanted or accidental orders

  • incorrect address entered by customer

  • delay from courier side (once shipped)

Refunds are only considered in very rare cases, explained below.


🟣 3. Replacement Policy (Only for Valid Issues)

Although returns & refunds are not allowed, a free replacement will be provided ONLY IF:

✔ Product is received damaged / melted / tampered / leaked

✔ Wrong product is delivered

✔ Quantity mismatch in shipment


🟣 4. Required Proof for Replacement

To process a replacement, the customer must submit:

  1. Full unboxing video (no cuts, recorded from start to end)

  2. Outer packaging + shipping label visible

  3. Photo of damaged or wrong item

⏳ Must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

If proof is missing → No replacement will be issued.


🟣 5. Non-Replacement Cases

Replacement will not be offered if:

  • Unboxing video not provided

  • Product consumed partially or fully

  • Product returned without our approval

  • “Empty box” claims without evidence

  • Customer does not accept COD delivery

  • Courier marks order as delivered, but customer claims "not received" without investigation support

  • Customer enters wrong address or phone number


🟣 6. Order Cancellation

Cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped → No cancellation, no refund.


🟣 7. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

If the customer does not pick up the package or refuses delivery:

  • The product will be returned to us (RTO)

  • Refund is NOT provided for RTO shipments


🟣 8. Fraud Protection

To avoid fraudulent claims:

  • Every order is shipped with weight verification & security check

  • COD orders may require OTP verification

  • Suspicious or repeated claims may lead to account blocking
